Small commercial & self/funded organisations (ie profit making), eg courses with paying students, performers with paying audience, charities, markets, groups with surplus funds.

Summary of facilities:
23 by 42 feet, ceramic tiled concrete floor. Adjoining is an open kitchen with two worktops, sink, handwash sink, kettles, microwave, cups, plates & cutlery. Here also is a smaller meeting and refreshments area with 12 easy chairs and central coffee table.
Main floor area 22 by 18 feet, lino covered wood floor. In addition there is 37 feet of continuous padded seating around two edges of the room. Full blackout possible for projection, and large inbuilt pulldown projection screen. Worktop with kettles and jugs for teamaking.
Please note that these are first floor rooms, accessible only by stairs, a matter which the management group seeks to rectify.
Washbasins and toilet facilities on ground floor.

Printing: we also offer competitive low-cost quantity document duplicating in-house and can advise and assist in production of promotional materials.
