I am highly motivated and a professional team player. My passion is to engage learners and promote professional development. We never stop learning and by encouraging individuals to recognise personal goals and achievements, we can begin to develop a strategy to move forwards. A strategy to grow as a person. A strategy to embrace professional development.
My career has revolved around the Armed Forces in a highly motivated and challenging role within the British Army – Vehicle Recovery in both peace time and on operational deployments. It is these experiences which have allowed me to evaluate my own professional development in a way which I can relate to others. We all have hidden capabilities and we all have the potential to continually learn and grow!
I have many skills and experiences. I have a developed engineering background with over 27 years experience in the heavy vehicle recovery sector. I am a qualified Lifting Equipment Examiner (LEEA) and have spent 10 years as an Armed Forces driving examiner.
I have completed my Certificate in Education, CTTLs Level 4, Lead Internal Quality Assurance Level 4 and Vocational Assessor Level 3.
I strongly believe that by investing in our learners educational and professional training needs, we can make an organisation stronger and accelerate economic growth.
